A tanfolyam lelke, a technika gyakorlati alkalmazása, amely során megváltoztathatóak az élet minták, az alap-, genetikai-, történelmi, és lelki szintű meggyőződések, melyek lehetnek saját kialakításuak vagy külső tényező által létrehozottak.
